When you outgrow Free
Nothing is deleted when you hit a limit. You just can’t add more until you upgrade. Starter adds unlimited projects and test cases, Jira, CI results and free viewers. Compare plans or see every feature.

Free plan questions
Is it free forever?
Yes. The Free plan has no time limit.
Do I need a credit card?
No. Every account starts on the Free plan. You can upgrade to a paid plan from inside the app when you need more.
Do viewers count on Free?
Yes. On Free, viewers count toward the 5 users. On Starter, Team and Business, viewers are free and unlimited.
Can I move from a spreadsheet?
Yes. Excel import works on every plan, including Free. If you use our free test case template, the columns already match.
What happens when I reach a Free plan limit?
Nothing is deleted. You just can’t add more users, projects or test cases beyond the Free limits. Upgrade from inside the app and carry on.
Where is my data stored?
At Hetzner in Falkenstein, Germany (EU), over HTTPS, with nightly database backups.
