Refund policy
Last updated: 11 October 2026
We want you to be happy with TestLinkPro. If you're not, this page explains how to get your money back.
Who handles payments
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. That means Paddle processes refunds, and refunds go back through Paddle to your original payment method.
14-day money-back guarantee
If you're not satisfied for any reason, you can get a full refund within 14 days of any payment: your first purchase, an upgrade, or a monthly or annual renewal. No questions asked.
- This applies to every paid plan (Starter, Team and Business), monthly or annual.
- When a refund is issued, your organization moves to the Free plan. Nothing is deleted: any content above the Free plan limits becomes read-only, and you can still view and export it.
Free plan and free trial
The Free plan costs nothing, so there's nothing to refund. The 14-day Team trial doesn't need a payment card and never charges you automatically. If you buy a plan during or after the trial, the 14-day money-back guarantee starts from the date of that payment.
How to request a refund
Use whichever is easiest:
- Use the link in the receipt email Paddle sent you, or visit paddle.net and choose "Request refund"; or
- Email us at hello@testlinkpro.com with the email address you used to buy and, if you have it, your Paddle order number. We'll reply within 2 business days and ask Paddle to issue the refund.
Paddle usually processes approved refunds to your original payment method within 14 days. How quickly it appears in your account depends on your bank or card provider.
After 14 days
- Payments are not refundable after the 14-day window, and we don't give refunds for partly used billing periods, except as required by law or as set out below.
- You can cancel at any time to stop future renewals. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, then your organization moves to the Free plan.
- If you cancel an annual plan after 14 days, it stays active until the end of the year you've paid for.
Changing plans or users
- Upgrading or adding users: Paddle charges a pro-rata amount for the rest of your current billing period. The 14-day guarantee applies to that charge too.
- Downgrading or removing users: the change takes effect at your next renewal and you're billed less from then on.
If something goes wrong on our side
If you were charged by mistake (for example, a duplicate charge), or a serious problem on our side stopped you using features you paid for and we couldn't fix it, contact us and we'll arrange a refund for the affected charge, even after 14 days.
If we shut TestLinkPro down, we'll refund any prepaid fees for the unused part of your subscription.
Taxes
Paddle adds sales tax or VAT where it applies. If your business is registered for VAT or sales tax and was charged tax it didn't need to pay, contact Paddle within 60 days of the transaction with your tax ID to ask for a tax refund.
Chargebacks
Please contact us or Paddle before disputing a charge with your bank. It's usually much faster, and we will refund any payment within the 14-day window without argument. If a chargeback is raised, paid features may be paused while the dispute is reviewed.
Your legal rights
This policy is in addition to your legal rights. If you're a consumer, for example in the EU or UK, you may have statutory rights to cancel or get a refund, and nothing here limits them. Paddle's own Refund Policy and Buyer Terms also apply to your purchase. Where they give you more rights than this page, you get those rights.
