Who counts as a user?
A full user is anyone who can create or execute tests. Viewers can see projects, runs and reports but not change them. On Starter, Team and Business, viewers are free and unlimited. On Free, viewers count towards the 5 users.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Every account starts on the Free plan. You can upgrade to a paid plan from inside the app when you need more.
How does annual billing work?
Annual plans are paid up front for 12 months at a lower monthly rate, about 20% less than paying monthly. See the refund policy for how cancellations work.
What are AI-execution minutes?
Hosted minutes are browser time used when TestLinkPro runs a test case for you with AI and Playwright. Each plan includes a monthly allowance, and you can buy add-on packs: 1,000 minutes for $9 or 5,000 minutes for $39.
Why is Team priced per user with a 10-user minimum?
Starter is a flat price for up to 10 users. Jira and ClickUp are included from Starter. Team is for bigger teams or teams that need GitHub, GitLab, Azure DevOps and the other trackers, custom roles and scheduled AI runners.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade or cancel from the billing page in the app. If you go back to Free with more data than the Free limits, nothing is deleted; you just can’t add more until you’re under the limits or upgrade again.
Who handles payments and invoices?
Payments are processed by Paddle, our reseller and Merchant of Record, which handles invoices and sales tax/VAT.
Is my data safe?
Data is hosted at Hetzner in Germany, all traffic uses HTTPS, saved integration secrets are encrypted at rest and the database is backed up nightly. Read the privacy policy.
